Only if you have your Mnemonic Seed. During registration, you were provided with a unique seed phrase. This is the only way to reset your credentials. Torzon admins do not have access to user passwords or private keys and cannot manually reset accounts for security reasons (OpSec).

No. We operate on a strict "No Logs" policy. Our servers run in volatile RAM memory. All transaction data, chat logs, and shipping info are automatically hard-deleted after the escrow finalization period. We do not track IP addresses or browser fingerprints.

Bitcoin (BTC) is a public ledger system, making it transparent and easily traceable by Chainalysis firms and law enforcement. Monero (XMR) uses Ring Signatures and Stealth Addresses to offer true financial privacy. For the safety of our vendors and buyers, we strictly enforce a Monero-only policy.

Torzon operates on a competitive fee structure. We charge a flat 4% commission on successful sales, which is deducted from the vendor's payout. Buyer withdrawals incur a dynamic network fee based on the current Monero blockchain congestion, usually less than $0.05.

Monero requires 10 confirmations on the blockchain before funds are unlocked in your market wallet. This process typically takes 20-30 minutes depending on network speed. Do not panic; if the address was correct, the funds will arrive. Check your "History" tab for pending deposits.

If a vendor fails to deliver or sends a defective product, you can open a Dispute before the auto-finalize timer expires. A moderator will review the encrypted chat logs, postage evidence, and vendor history. Dispute resolution is impartial and based solely on evidence. Frivolous disputes may lead to account bans.

Finalize Early (FE) releases funds to the vendor immediately upon marking the order as shipped, bypassing Escrow protection. This privilege is restricted to top-tier vendors with 500+ sales and a 98% positive rating. Only use FE if you trust the vendor implicitly; admins cannot recover funds from FE orders.

To maintain a high-quality marketplace and deter scammers, new vendors must pay a Vendor Bond of $500 (in XMR). This bond is held as a security deposit. Established vendors from other recognized darknet markets can apply for a "Bond Waiver" by providing PGP-signed proof of their reputation via a support ticket.
